From the team at Domaine de Chevalier, comes Clos des Lunes, an ancient vineyard in Sauternes, the finest in Bordeaux. 33 hectares of vine are planted to old Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc vines. All grapes are hand picked just as they are at Chevalier. The wine is a dry white Bordeaux that is made by a dedicated team. The key to the wine are the deep gravel which gives the wine power and clay-limestone subsoil which gives it freshness. Round and composed wine from old Sémillon and Sauvignon vines grown near Yquem.

Lune d’Argent is the “La Grande Cuvee” that is composed of 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon. The wine was aged in small 50 hectoliter, temperature controlled vats as well as in barrel with lees stirring
